Hi, I’m David, and welcome to my site! Here you will find a bit about me and my interests. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having so far lived here my entire life, I’ve been a resident of Uptown since 2015.
I attended UNC Charlotte for all of my undergrad and graduate school years, graduating with two bachelors degrees and two minors, an MBA with a concentration in Market Analytics, and a Master’s in Data Science and Business Analytics.
I held several fulfilling internships in graduate school and then began consulting for Bank of America. I finally went full-time with the Bank and have been there ever since. My journey has taught me a lot about data, from capturing metadata and writing data quality rules to performing reconciliation and creating reports.
I’m self-taught in many data science and machine learning concepts and an avid lifelong learner. I enjoy learning new methods of analyzing data and looking at the world in ever-changing ways. And I look forward to continuing my journey and learning a little more about myself!
